Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits in Shenzhen and Huai'an. Please schedule in advance so we can prepare product demos and technical discussions. Virtual tours via video call are also available.

What's the minimum order quantity?

OEM orders start at 50 units. ODM projects start at 100 units. Small-batch trial orders are welcome. Joint development projects have negotiable MOQ.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, samples are available for most models. Sample fees apply and are refundable against bulk orders. Shipping via DHL/FedEx, typically 5-7 days delivery.
